Serine Poghosyan – folk singer

Born in 1992 in Yerevan. In 1999 she entered Ashugh Djivani Folk Music School and the same year she entered Sayat Nova Music School and studies with Naira Grigoryan majoring in piano.
She studies Armenian folk music with Siranush Galstyan, a soloist of Sayat Nova Ensemble.
In 2005 she participated in the Sayat Nova South Caucasus Competition and was awarded the diploma. The same year, she participated in the Kanaz Folk Music Competition and was awarded the First Prize there. Appeared with concerts in major cities of Armenia.
