Gayane Khachatryan – cello

Born in Yerevan in 1993. In 2000 entered the Sayat Nova Music College, class of Assistant Professor Aram Talalyan. In 2003 continued education in the Spendiaryan Music College. In 2006 she studies at the Tchaikovsky Music College in the class of Assistant Professor Aram Talalyan.
In 2003 she participated in the Emin Khachatryan Festival and Competition and was awarded the First Prize there. In 2005 she participated in Spendiaryan Competition and was nominated as a laureate. In 2006she participated in the “Shchelkunchik” VII International Competition of Young Musicians and was awarded the diploma and a Special Prize from the Jury for the Best Performance (Russia). She was a bursar of the Spivakov Fund and Orbelian Fund. Appeared in the New Names programs.
